Dear Company Representatives,

Thank you for your interest in participating in our JobFair at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication (FEEC) of the Brno University of Technology (BUT). Below, you will find key information, participation terms, and an overview of the services provided.

As an exhibitor, you have an ideal opportunity to present your company within an academic environment where technological innovation begins.

What PerFEKT JobFair offers:

  • Direct communication with your target audience: Engage with students and graduates, get immediate feedback, and collect contacts for your recruitment needs.
  • Online visibility: Presentation of your company logo and profile on the fair’s website, targeting students and alumni of FEEC BUT.

What is included in the price:

The standard registration fee is 30,000 CZK (excl. VAT) and includes a comprehensive range of services for your presentation:

  1. Presentation Booth:
    • Designated floor space (0.72 m2).
    • Basic furniture (1 table, 2 chairs).
    • Access to electricity (230V) and internet connection (Wi-Fi or LAN).
    • Entry for 2 company representatives.
  2. Outdoor Exhibition:
    • Option to set up an outdoor display of up to 15 m2.
    • Access to electricity (230/400V).
  3. Technical Support & Facilities:
    • Technical assistance during preparation and throughout the event.
    • Space for your own roll-ups and banners (within the approved booth dimensions).
    • Catering and beverages for your representatives (number of persons based on the package).
    • Parking space near the faculty (limited capacity).
  4. Promotion:
    • Logo placement on the interactive fair map.
    • Logo presentation on the event website.
    • Broad promotion of the fair across the FEEC student body and the entire BUT community.

Additional Services:

  1. Extra Staff: Participation of a 3rd to 5th representative at the booth (surcharge of 5,000 CZK excl. VAT).

Terms of Participation:

  • Registration: Participation is subject to the proper submission of the online registration form via the BUT E-shop by the deadline of February 15, 2026. Please note that the number of spots is limited.
  • Payment: The participation fee must be paid based on the issued invoice by the due date.
  • Presentation Materials: The exhibitor is responsible for delivering their own presentation materials, roll-up banners, and promotional items on the day of the event.
  • Staffing: The booth must be staffed by company representatives for the entire duration of the fair.
